DIY SeaDek – Catalina 27 Suprise

Here’s some insight on a great DIY project completed by Peter, one of our sheet material customers:

“I used one large sheet and part of another to cover the non-skid pattern on my cockpit seats of my 1981 Catalina 27 “Surprise.” I decided to do this to cover some bad repairs of hairline cracks in the fiberglass, and I am happy with both the appearance and the function of the material. I still may use SeaDek to cover the non-skid on the cockpit floor and have enough in the second sheet to do so.”

Great Job Peter!
