Recap: Bassmaster Classic 2021

Our first Bassmaster Classic was one for the books, and we have to say, all the hype we heard leading up to this legendary event was true! Taking place in Fort Worth, Texas, the 2021 Classic drew nearly 150,000 attendees over three days, with tournament fishing on Lake Ray Roberts and the expo/weigh-in at the Will Rogers Memorial Center.

With legions of bass fishermen welcoming the return of the live event, fans young and old braved the Texas heat to see the latest fishing gear, meet their favorite pros, and enjoy all the fun activities that the Classic had to offer.

Joining our partners and friends in the Xpress Boats booth, the action at the SeaDek counter was non-stop as we educated folks on the many advantages of SeaDek over traditional marine carpet. While Xpress was an early adopter of SeaDek in the bass fishing world, more and more fishermen are finding ways to outfit their bass boats with the next generation of bass boat flooring. For many, gone are the days of wet, moldy carpet that is hard to clean and has to be replaced every few years. As a non-absorbent closed-cell foam material, SeaDek doesn’t absorb water, provides excellent non-skid, and is a breeze to keep clean. The advantages are clear.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth to say hello; we enjoyed meeting and speaking to every one of you! Until next year, keep bassin’ and we’ll see you on Lake Hartwell in 2022!
